Haworth in Holland, MI seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst for HR technology. You will bridge HR and IT, leading implementations, integrations, and enhancements while translating business needs into scalable tech capabilities.

This role demands strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and delivering compliant, efficient HR solutions. The ideal candidate will independently manage complex HR tech projects, optimize HR systems, and drive operational efficiency across the HR landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/HR/MIS or equivalent.
• Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or 4 years if no post-secondary education.
• 5 years IT business analyst experience in HR tech or related field, or 3 years with a Master's.
• US work authorization required; must work in Holland, MI without relocation.
• Military equivalency references available online.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mapping sessions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Outline costs, benefits, and outcomes for IT projects.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for developers and architects.
• Manage small to medium IT projects: scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Configure systems to meet requirements and conduct thorough testing for data integrity.
• Serve as SME, guiding business users on system functionality and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement, staying updated on IT trends.
• Perform all essential duties with/without accommodation.
