Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience at HR Manager/Senior HRBP level or comparable.
• Experience supporting IT/technology orgs strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex corporate environment.
• Strong Employee Relations, investigations, organizational design, talent management and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to IT leaders.
• Develop understanding of IT strategy, priorities, and talent needs.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to tailor HR programs for IT.
• Assist with organizational design, role clarity, spans and layers, and workforce planning.
• Support changes from transformation initiatives, modernization, or acquisitions.
• Lead talent review and succession planning for the IT organization.
• Identify high-potential talent and critical roles, succession risks, and development needs.
• Provide guidance on complex performance situations and proactive issue resolution.
• Support annual performance management and compensation processes.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Lead and guide complex employee relations matters, including investigations.
