Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Human Resources Systems Business Analyst to partner with HRIS and BI teams, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and guiding testing for HR technology solutions. The role interfaces with HR leadership and IT to translate needs into clear specifications and ensure timely deployment.

You will oversee end-to-end testing, support enterprise software enhancements, and stay informed on HR tech trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or enhancements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions and stakeholder interviews to capture needs.
• Document functional specs, business rules, and process flows with traceability.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Support HR technology projects from initiation through post-implementation.
