Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (HR) to lead client onboarding for HR products and services. You will blend analytics and project management to simplify complex information, helping clients achieve strong adoption and value from our HCM solutions.

You will work with training programs and service guidelines to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, partnering with clients to understand needs, manage risks, and drive successful HRIS implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• Minimum 2 years in HR.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to guide clients to the best solution and mitigate risks.
• Analytical and time management skills.
