Job summary

ProKidney in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Systems & Operations to lead day-to-day HRIS administration and optimize core HR operations, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.

You will manage a team delivering data integrity, reporting, and system integrations while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to scale operations and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years in HR operations/Senior Manager scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HRIS administration, including configuration, access, and user training.
• Oversee HR systems portfolio (UKG/ADP/Workday, HireRight, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Coordinate integrations between HR systems and business apps.
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and Finance systems.
