Job summary

Insight Global in Houston, TX is seeking an HR Manager to lead operations and continuous improvement of HR services, including payroll administration, benefits, HRIS/UKG management, and employee records.

You will partner with VPs and managers to ensure compliant, employee‑centered service delivery across the organization, oversee onboarding, leaves, offboarding, and HR projects, and guide UKG migrations from ADP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on HR operations and employee relations.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience with UKG/UltiPro; migrating from ADP to UKG.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM migrations or implementations.
• Experience working with third-party payroll and benefits vendors.
• Experience in multicultural or global environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and service delivery, including onboarding, leaves, and offboarding.
• Establish and maintain service calendars, checklists, and internal HR files.
• Serve as escalation point for HR questions on policies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate new HR projects with the VP of HR.
• Payroll administration: oversee payroll and work with vendors and finance.
• Benefits administration: manage enrollment, renewals, and communications.
• HRIS/UKG improvements: manage access, reports, automation, and upgrades.
• Compliance and documentation: maintain records and support audits.
