Job summary

Pindrop is seeking a Senior Director, People Operations in the United States to lead HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and Immigration. This role will design scalable SOPs, optimize UKG Ready, and serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Legal, IT, and the wider organization.

The successful candidate will drive data integrity, multi‑state payroll accuracy, and a proactive, AI‑driven approach to self‑service and automation across global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR Operations experience, with leadership in scaling tech companies.
• Strong UKG Ready expertise and hands-on HRIS implementation experience.
• Payroll, benefits, compliance, audits, and immigration management are required.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for HR Operations processes.
• Own UKG Ready optimization, integrations, and self service improvements.
• Oversee domestic/international payroll and benefits; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Lead immigration filings, audits, and compliance programs; build training and governance.
