Job summary

Core Clinical Partners is seeking a strategic Leader in People Operations to drive the design, delivery, and governance of employee programs across a growing multi-state healthcare organization.

You will lead a small, capable People Operations team, own benefits administration and payroll components, and partner with executives to implement scalable processes, tools, and communications that improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality People Operations team with clear priorities and service standards.
• Own benefits lifecycle, annual renewal, open enrollment, education, and vendor relationships; manage payroll components.
• Translate strategy into programs, charters and project plans; drive adoption and benefits from discovery to launch.
• Govern People systems, data quality, dashboards, and recurring reports; translate data into recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state requirements and internal controls; partner with leadership for governance.
