Job summary

Percepta is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst who will lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of the HR technology portfolio. You will serve as SME for Taleo, EBS, and other HRMS apps, guiding cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors.

You will own testing, data migration, and integration initiatives, driving MSS and ESS adoption, process improvements, and data accuracy for superior HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS, HR Tech, or HR Operations roles with 2+ years leading HR systems projects.
• Experience with Oracle HR systems (EBS HRMS and Taleo) required; other HCM platform experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with MSS/ESS and HR system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR technology projects from business case to go-live and adoption.
• Own testing strategy, data migration plans, and cutover activities.
• Manage integrations across recruiting, EBS, payroll, and third-party apps.
• Drive MSS and ESS rollouts and user adoption while ensuring data accuracy.
