Penske is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud to lead configuration, onboarding, and QA across talent acquisition workflows. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT and leadership to optimize processes, drive enhancements, and maintain data integrity in integrated systems.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into scalable HCM solutions, managing development backlogs, and supporting testing, documentation, and training across staffing tools

Qualifications

• 6+ years HRIS experience with minimum 4 years in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, MIS, or Business) or equivalent Oracle HCM experience.
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud architecture and job application flow.
• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud module and Onboarding.
• Maintain staffing data integrity and analyze system performance.
• Oversee acceptance testing for Oracle updates and create test scripts.
• Support training programs for staffing tools and document processes.
• Translate staffing strategy into HCM requirements and manage backlog.
• Participate in HR technology roadmap planning and vendor coordination.
