Job summary

Constellation is seeking a subject matter expert for the Human Capital Management system and related HR applications. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing HRIS solutions to enhance HR operations and provide innovative HR technology solutions.

You will lead functional support for leveraging and optimizing our HRIS, with responsibilities spanning Payroll, Payroll Tax, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration, development support and functional leadership for HRIS in Payroll & Payroll Tax areas.
• Lead and coordinate projects to evaluate process automation feasibility.
• Guide day-to-day service for HR Technology clients, leading meetings and prioritizing changes.
