Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of end-to-end HR operations experience.
• Experience in multi-state companies with 500+ employees.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned clients, including complex accounts, contributing to their overall success and growth.
• Develops strategic relationships with client HR leaders and senior executives.
• Advises on HR compliance, policies, and best practices across all 50 states.
• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver value-added HR solutions.
