Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain workforce research and trend-monitoring frameworks that detect emerging labor market shifts, geopolitical signals, and employee sentiment patterns
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify best practices and emerging risks
• Develop predictive risk models to anticipate ER challenges before they escalated
• Produce research outputs that inform strategic decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies
