Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, HR, Employment Law, CS, Finance, CIS, Engineering, Operations Research or related field.
• 10+ years of HR or business function experience
• 5+ years of employee relations, labor relations or employment law experience

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ongoing workforce research and trend-monitoring frameworks that detect emerging labor market shifts, geopolitical signals, and employee sentiment patterns
• Apply employee and labor relations expertise to identify trends, predict and mitigate risk, and develop solution-focused programs
• Exercise strong analytical skills using data and anecdotes to develop persuasive narratives and recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational priorities
• Independently design, own, and lead large-scale projects that improve frontline employee experience
