Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of HR, change management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with data storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on change management, communication, and human capital strategies for Operations projects affecting stores.
• Partner with store operations leaders and HR COEs to ensure timely, effective HR support.
• Lead thought leadership and drive end-to-end solutions across Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Selection, org effectiveness, and change management.
• Document issues/risks, mitigate, and capture lessons learned for PMO dissemination.
