Job summary

The Home Depot in Atlanta seeks a Manager, HR Consultant to guide change management, communications and human capital strategies for Operations projects affecting stores and associates. You will partner with operations leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure timely, effective HR support and a strong associate experience during complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Preferred: cross-functional collaboration, project management, data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Agile Retrospective: document issues/risks and track mitigations; capture lessons learned.
• Business Partnership & Assessment: translate business needs into people and change plans.
• Communication & Collaboration: share project info with HR stakeholders and gather data.
• Thought Leadership: lead project plans and workshops across HR domains.
