Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and benefits.
• Experience building proactive sourcing and HR programs to scale with growth.
• Ability to manage multi-state and international employment considerations.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end HR operations for TRC's Boca Raton headquarters, Doylestown warehouse, remote US team, and global Philippines team.
• Develops and enforces HR policies, handbooks, job descriptions, and documentation.
• Leads recruitment strategy, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance initiatives to accelerate business goals.
