Job summary

Reeco in Miami is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end—from sourcing and hiring through onboarding and day-to-day HR support. You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers and leadership on everyday HR decisions and complex people matters, drive full-cycle talent acquisition, and help build a great employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar HR or Talent role in tech/startups.
• Strong stakeholder management and sound judgment on complex issues.
• Experience with sourcing and full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Spark-based HR system administration is a plus.
• Ability to use people metrics to influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee relations and policy application.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees across global teams.
• Develop and apply HR policies to reduce risk.
• Own payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for processing.
• Build relationships with external partners and networks.
• Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
