Job summary

Element Electronics seeks a Manager of Human Resources to lead plant HR operations, align programs with corporate strategy, and partner with plant leadership to drive talent acquisition, training, and employee relations. This role anchors HR at the Winnsboro facility and ensures compliant, efficient people practices.

You will oversee onboarding, compliance, vendor management, performance management, and reporting on HR metrics, ensuring operational excellence across the plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related HR field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters in HR preferred.
• 5+ years Human Resource leadership and operations management experience; Industry experience in consumer goods and/or manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated skill set in talent development, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Ability to serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to plant leadership with a solid track record of achievement in HR operations, program implementation, and best people practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant HR operations and partner with plant leadership to execute people strategies that support objectives and growth.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, HR compliance, and data integrity.
• Drive talent acquisition strategy with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard high-quality talent.
• Provide coaching to plant leadership on HR policy application and employee relations issues.
• Maintain knowledge of employment legislation and ensure compliance with Federal and State laws.
• Create mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure and manage risk related to people management.
• Serve as plant HR liaison with corporate HR and support strategic initiatives.
