Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Engineer to identify operational needs and design, build, and support technology and process solutions across the enterprise.

You will partner with business leaders to define requirements, evaluate options, and deliver secure, scalable solutions, including workflows, data integrations, and reporting, while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in business systems or related field
• Experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting business apps and workflows
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions from concept to production
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, integrations, testing, and production support

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Solution Design: partner with business teams to map processes, define requirements and measure success.
• Solution Development & Implementation: design, build, test, deploy and maintain business solutions with documentation.
• Workflow Automation & Systems Integration: create forms, routing, and integrate systems via APIs and connectors.
• Adoption & Operational Support: support testing, training, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
