Job summary

Engage PEO is seeking an Employee Experience Analyst to administer and improve the employee self-service portal and onboarding for worksite employees and client HR admins. The role also acts as Solutions Engineer supporting sales with technical demonstrations and implementation guidance, bridging HR tech operations with client-facing support.

Responsibilities include portal integrity, end-to-end onboarding workflows, data security, and collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and IT to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, employee self-service portals, onboarding platforms.
• Client-facing technical role such as sales engineering, solutions consulting, or implementation.
• Strong presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate requirements between clients, Sales, and IT teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and project coordination skills.
• CRM experience (e.g., ClientSpace) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to assess HR tech environments and recommend portal/configurations.
• Design client-specific demos and translate requirements into solutions.
• Serve as technical advisor during sales, RFPs/RFIs with portal capabilities.
• Define client-specific configuration scope affecting contracts and commitments.
• Act as SME on portal/onboarding capabilities across the sales cycle.
• Capture feedback to inform the product roadmap.
