Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Michigan seeks a senior HR Specialist to resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and support policy administration across the business. You will drive data-driven improvements, partner with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, and help shape the HR delivery model during a high-impact startup phase at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan.

You will lead cross-functional teams, advise on complex HR matters, and ensure compliant, timely resolution of conflicts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in HR/OD or related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience including employee relations and performance management.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance across business strategy and operations.
• Lead investigations, mediations, and policy administration for employee relations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR processes and training.
• Use data to identify trends and inform policy improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in employee records.
