Job summary

Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking an experienced HR Services Specialist Sr. to provide comprehensive HR support for Student Connection and Community across multiple campuses.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle activities, collaborating with SCC leadership, EOSS partners, and the Office of Human Resources. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience appropriate to HR or related field.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training acceptable.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR policy guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for SCC positions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new-hire documentation.
• Process employee transactions including promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Ensure HR transactions align with university policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, systems, and resources to SCC teams.
• Support lifecycle events from onboarding through offboarding across multiple campuses.
