Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist to drive the successful delivery of strategic HR initiatives. You will independently manage project activities, influence stakeholders, and promote adoption of organizational changes within the Program Delivery Team.

You will help design and implement program tools, analyze data, monitor plans, and coordinate training to sustain outcomes across HR and other business groups.

• Analyze project data and manage issue logs, risks, and dependencies.
