Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with executives and division leaders to align people strategies with business priorities. You will influence workforce planning, talent development, retention and inclusion while delivering HR solutions across the employee lifecycle in support of the Sales division.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Business HR. This hybrid role offers relocation support for eligible candidates and a compensation range of $88,000

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with change management and organizational change.
• Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting strategies to market realities.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating effective workforce planning to identify the capacity and capability of the organization to deliver its objectives.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a collaborative partner with senior leaders and positively influences leaders.
• Demonstrated experience with using reporting and analytics to generate insights and present findings back to the business.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
• Demonstrated understanding of agile principles with experience in leading and/ or partnering on organization change efforts.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and providing counsel and guidance to leaders.
• Business acumen and ability to understand multiple business operations.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex talent strategy needs.

• Lead and support organizational transformation and implement tailored HR solutions.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Practice and shared services to deliver solutions across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition and development.
• Influence and guide leaders through change, building alignment and advancing organizational priorities.
