Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to support leaders across Human Resources (HR4HR) and Marketing, Strategy & Communications. You will provide consultation on talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, performance management and compensation.

In this hybrid role, you will build trusted relationships, guide workforce planning, lead talent processes, and partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise HR

Formación

• Broad knowledge of core HR disciplines including talent management, org effectiveness, employee relations, compensation and performance management.
• Ability to consult with leaders and employees on complex people and org matters with sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and understand priorities, org design and talent needs.
• Provide day-to-day HR consultation in partnership with VP HR Business Partner.
• Lead talent processes: goal setting, development, succession, performance and compensation.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated HR solutions.
