Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Data-informed mindset to guide decisions.

• Bias for practical, results oriented solutions.
• Genuine interest in building inclusive, high performing teams.
• Balance business needs with thoughtful HR practices.
• Senior HRBP: mentoring or guiding other HR professionals.
