CEVA Logistics seeks a Human Resources Partner Senior Specialist in Des Plaines, IL. This role partners with site and operations leaders to manage employee relations, performance, workforce planning, and engagement.

You will lead talent management, design workforce planning, and manage HR metrics and reporting, ensuring legal compliance and data integrity while building strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Launch talent management processes and training tools for deployment.
• Provide day-to-day performance guidance to line management.
• Collaborate on succession plans for key roles.
• Identify training needs and conduct executive coaching.
• Lead Training Plan, Succession activities, and development discussions.
• Update HR KPIs and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee concerns and conduct investigations.
