Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years' Progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.

• Lead Talent Management processes including onboarding, performance and succession planning.
• Guide organization design, workforce planning, and job architecture with management.
• Analyze HR data and KPIs to support decision-making and improve engagement.
