Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Houston is seeking an HR Business Partner (HR Generalist) to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees, providing HR guidance aligned with regional direction and business goals.

You will lead talent management, acquisition, organization design, workforce planning, and HR KPIs for your scope, partnering with management to boost engagement, retention and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong data acumen and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders and employees.
• Lead talent management, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Coach line management on performance, development, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate on succession plans for key talents and roles.
• Identify training needs and develop development plans.
• Lead organization design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Update and analyze HR KPIs and metrics for decision making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
