Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for Houston, TX to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with regional directions to enhance engagement and drive continuous improvement.

The role covers talent management, organization design, and workforce planning, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships and achieving HR KPIs in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Organization Design & Workforce Planning: Guide organization design and workforce planning, ensure alignment with group principles.
• HR Metrics & Reporting: Update HR KPIs, analyze data, provide insights for decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
