Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks an HR Business Partner for Support Function to act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, aligning HR strategies with business goals and regional direction. You will focus on talent management, acquisition, org development, and HR KPIs for the scope population.

You will guide organization design, workforce planning, and HR analytics, driving engagement and performance across functions while ensuring compliance and partner with legal as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Launch talent management processes and development plans to ensure robust deployment.
• Provide day-to-day performance guidance to line management.
• Collaborate on succession plans for key talents and roles.
• Identify training needs and executive coaching requirements.
• Lead Training Plan, Success Planning, and Individual Development Plans with management.
