Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an HR Manager to lead all HR activities for the site and partner with local management to drive talent initiatives and workforce planning.

You will manage employee relations, compliance, and HR KPIs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. Bring 5-10 years of HR leadership, a related degree, and professional HR certification if possible.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 2 years in the field
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Strong data acumen and data analysis skills
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
• Industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading change management initiatives
• Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments and deliver results
• Demonstrated ability to inspire a team

Responsibilities

• Execute the HR strategy and program delivery for the site, including organization design and workforce planning
• Serve as trusted advisor to management, aligning HR programs with business goals
• Collaborate to keep employees engaged and inspired to deliver results
• Directly manage and develop the on-site HR team
• Lead employee relations strategies and investigations as needed
• Oversee talent management, succession planning, and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor standards and regulatory requirements
• Partner with finance and operations on headcount and people costs
