Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Houston, TX is seeking a Human Resources Partner Specialist to drive day-to-day HR execution across the site, partnering with operations leaders to support employee relations, performance, workforce management and engagement.

As the frontline HR contact, you will ensure execution, data accuracy, and consistency; you will manage employee relations, performance processes, and headcount tracking, while collaborating with recruiting to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years HR experience (HRBP/Generalist).
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management processes with timely, well-documented actions.
• Provide input into people reviews and development plans for key talent.
• Track headcount, vacancies, and attrition; collaborate with recruiting.
• Be the first point of contact for HR policies and day-to-day decisions.
• Help execute engagement initiatives and site-level action plans.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and report on key metrics.
