Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Partner Senior Specialist based in Houston, TX. You will act as a strategic HR partner to leaders, guiding talent management, acquisition, org design, and HR metrics.

You’ll drive employee engagement and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, while ensuring compliance and strong stakeholder relationships. You will lead talent management initiatives, design succession plans, and collaborate on workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years’ of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong data acumen and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent management including acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Launch talent management processes and develop training tools for deployment.
• Provide day-to-day performance guidance to line management.
• Collaborate on succession plans for key talents and roles.
• Identify training needs and executive coaching needs.
• Lead training plans and development discussions with management.
