Responsibilities

• Address employee relations issues, complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights concerns.
• Oversee employee performance evaluations and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR information systems.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and benefits regulations.
