• Proficiency with Paycom HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team to support daily operations and strategic goals.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations across departments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; manage audits and records.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll review, and HR analytics.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and administer HR programs.
