Job summary

Onyx Health Consulting is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee the HR department within our nursing home facility in Miami, FL. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with state labor laws.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, healthcare experience (Long Term Care preferred), and will coordinate with department heads, ensure a productive work environment, and navigate Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
• 2+ years’ experience in Healthcare (Long Term Care preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and facility policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR issues and implement procedures.
• Maintain personnel records and coordinate workers' compensation and leaves.
