Job summary

NationsBenefits in Plantation, FL is seeking an HR Manager to partner with business leaders and deliver comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will drive HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to foster a high-performing workplace culture.

This role reports to the SVP – Human Resources and will oversee Leave administration, policy implementation, and HR initiatives, ensuring consistent application of processes and strong people-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong HR Generalist / HR Business Partnering background.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and manager coaching.
• Experience with performance management and employee development.
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment regulations.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee matters.
• Experience with leave administration, including FMLA/LOA, preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-business-unit or fast-paced organizations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support and partner with managers and leaders.
• Drive effective HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Develop and implement HR processes, workflows, SOPs, and initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes.
• Oversee leave administration and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Support HR reporting and analytics related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and performance.
