Target is seeking an HR Business Partner in Minnesota to act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating business priorities into workforce strategies and driving performance and organizational health. You will enable outcomes through data and insights, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support change initiatives.

The role operates in a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day environment, with work requiring onsite and virtual collaboration.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist, HRBP or HR COE roles).
Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and influence decisions.
Experience translating business needs into talent or people-related actions.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of the organization.
Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
Demonstrated learning agility.
