Responsibilities include coaching, policy guidance, and workforce planning, while ensuring legal compliance and high employee engagement. This role involves collaboration across communities and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IR, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in healthcare or assisted living preferred.
• Excellent writing and oral communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Proven ability to coach managers and employees through sensitive situations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Partner with leadership to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Advise on workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning.
• Investigate employee relations issues thoroughly and objectively.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Communicate HR policies and support across multiple communities.
