Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressive talent and/or HR experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, development, or HR business partnership.
• 3 years recruiting experience in a professional services firm or salaried roles.
• 1 year in a talent development environment.
• Experience managing HRIS, learning, or ATS platforms and using data for talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire talent.
• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and guide hiring decisions.
• Lead recruitment from intake through selection and offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines with college, professional, and community relationships.
• Develop HR dashboards and translate data into insights for leadership.
