North Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Hybrid HR Business Partner to collaborate with business unit leaders, support employee and labor relations, address workplace concerns, and anticipate HR needs to ensure consistent delivery of HR services.

In this role you will investigate and resolve issues, provide HR guidance, and act as a resource to leaders and staff while ensuring compliant, supportive employment practices across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree, or 6 years of professional human resources experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, including employee or team member relations experience.
• Leadership experience may be substituted for human resources experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business unit leaders to promote a positive labor and team member relations climate.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve workplace issues in cooperation with leadership.
• Assess and anticipate HR-related needs for the business.
• Act as an HR resource to leaders and team members on human resources matters tied to business initiatives.
• Ensure effective delivery of HR services.
