Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr HR Representative to advise leaders nationwide and support distributed centers and regional offices. You will provide strategic HR counsel, drive culture initiatives, and ensure compliant, data-driven HR practices across the organization.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage investigations, and oversee staffing, training, and performance processes to maintain an efficient, compliant, and trusted workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years of work experience required.
• 3+ years of HR experience across major HR functions.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change deployments.
• Strong interpersonal relationships at all levels and with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to business managers on people-related matters.
• Advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive climate and culture initiatives across sites.
• Manage internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws, policies, and regulations.
• Audit HR activities for compliance.
• Train managers on interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, safety, and harassment.
• Provide coaching and active listening to managers.
• Lead staffing, succession planning, and associate programs.
• Implement training/development activities and monitor effectiveness.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee communications.
• Manage EOS-related action planning and performance management compliance.
• Enter and maintain data in HRMS system.
