Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in a hybrid role based in Denver, CO or Schaumburg, IL. You will act as a trusted HR advisor to ADP’s clients, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve complex business challenges.

You’ll build strong client relationships, manage multiple inquiries, provide training on ADP solutions, and strive to exceed client expectations while upholding ADP’s integrity and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
• 3-5 years in customer service or human resources with proven positive results
• Location in Denver, CO or Schaumburg, IL; hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to ADP’s clients using HR knowledge and ADP product expertise
• Solve client problems independently and provide best practices and training
• Communicate with clients clearly, set priorities, and exceed expectations
• Mentor less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP
