Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible generalist HR experience
• at least five years of on-site HR management

Responsibilities

• Culture and engagement: Educate employees on HORIBA’s philosophy, culture, policies and practices; foster open communications and excellent customer service.
• Strategic partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Employee development: Establish succession planning and needs analysis for training programs.
• Talent acquisition: Oversee full recruitment cycle and onboarding for new team members.
• Performance management: Help managers set goals and develop coaching plans.
• Employee relations: Facilitate conflict resolution and investigations of complaints.
• HR policies and compliance: Ensure policies meet local, state and national regulations; provide guidance on interpretation.
• Compensation and benefits: Administer compensation processes and educate employees about health insurance and programs.
