Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New Haven, CT seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to support Clinical and Regulatory functions, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement in a biopharma setting.

You will partner with leaders and TA to drive workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and leadership development; champion training and performance management; coach executives; advise on benefits; and lead culture-building and HR operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience, including 4+ years as a strategic partner, and 2+ years working with C-level executives.
• Life sciences experience preferred.
