Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an HR Business Partner to support US operations for a clinical-stage biopharma company focused on inflammatory diseases. You will provide HR advisory, manage onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and lifecycle processes across the US workforce.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, maintain HR systems, and contribute to HR policy development and employee experience initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with US employee support.
