Lennar is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner in Orlando to align people strategies with business goals across our Corporate functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding organizational design, change initiatives, and talent strategies while partnering with cross-functional HR teams to elevate associate experience and business outcomes.

The role requires sophisticated HR leadership, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to compliant, high-impact people

Qualifications

• Seasoned HRBP supporting senior leaders in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience serving as trusted advisor to executives and influencing business decisions through people strategy.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, LOA) and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to VP/SVP and above across Corporate lines, aligning HR strategy with business priorities.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, including reorganizations and workforce changes.
• Partner with executive leadership to roll out culture and engagement initiatives and to shape workforce strategy.
• Liaise between field HR partners and Corporate HR to ensure alignment and risk awareness.
• Manage complex associate relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Guide managers on documentation, coaching, and corrective actions to ensure legally sound resolutions.
• Analyze turnover and engagement data to identify trends and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, HR Ops, and HRIS to support people programs.
• Maintain current knowledge of employment law and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
