Adams Outdoor Advertising seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, translating CHRO strategy into actionable programs and policies that support the business.

The role focuses on employee relations escalations, compliance, HR operations, and developing the HR team, reporting to the CHRO. The position oversees HRIS, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and compensation design.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading or managing HR staff
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and compliance

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop HR team (Senior HR Generalist, HR Assistant)
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations investigations and terminations
• Own HR compliance: policy administration, recordkeeping, and legal adherence
• Design and implement HR strategy, policies, and programs with CHRO
• Oversee HR operations: HRIS, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, leave programs
• Lead benefits program administration with CHRO and brokers/vendors
• Guide compensation: job architecture, pay equity, annual cycles, approvals
• Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change management
• Oversee recruiting strategy and hiring processes for assigned functions/sites
• Monitor HR metrics and trends; recommend actions on turnover and risk
• Manage HR audits (401(k), ACA, EEO-1, workers’ comp) and ensure timing
• Lead HR projects, HRIS optimization, policy updates
• Represent HR in cross-functional discussions in CHRO’s absence
